Dynamic Form Rules

Hello,

I have created a dropdown for Project Status, one of the options is On Hold. When they select On Hold, they have to provide On Hold reasoning from another drop down. Then there is an option to select "Other", when user selects Other they have to specify the reason. 

I want to create a rule to where it clears the filters if On Hold is not selected. because if you make a selection but go back to change your project status to something else, it still saves your old filters. I want to clear all filters under On Hold if its deselected.

when I select project status as something else, it doesnt clear the On Hold Reasoning and still shows the Specify box because Other is still selected in the back end. I want to clear the filter.
