Edit and View Icon Missing on Embedded Reports in Forms

Hey Everyone,

I have several embedded reports in one of  my forms. In two of those embedded reports the edit and view column is completely missing. I don't know if I accidentally pressed the wrong setting or what. Does anyone know what causes this? I've tried clicking through all the settings to see if I can fix it. If I view the embedded report by itself the edit/view icon is there, but it only goes missing when presented in my form.

    Are you sure you are looking at the right report? 
    If you edit the form properties and use the blue link on the form which allowed you to edit the report, are the checkboxes checked properly at the bottom to Allow View and Allow Edit?

      Yup, both of those boxes are checked.

        What happens if you use a different embedded report?
