Email Feedback collection

Is it possible to get feedback from user who don't have QB login via. Email? the idea is to send in an email containing numbers 1-5 and based on what number they click on the email it updates the relevant score in QB. Also, I need this to happen on the same page on the email without being re-directed. Has anyone done this before? Thanks in advance.
