Embed a secure, external website as an iframe

Hi,
I've seen a couple of references to an enhancement in the April release to allow us to Embed a secure, external website as an iframe but I haven't found any guidance on how to achieve this. If anyone can point me in the right direction of further detail it would be much appreciated!
