EOTI Forms (Collapsable Side Panel)

OMG... is there any way to get rid of the collapsable side panel for the user role EOTI? The main problem is that it defaults in the expanded position. If the default was collapsed, not so bad. I'd ...

Can you try signing out and then going into the app and minimizing that side bar. There's a good chance it will stay closed for that "user". Probably an EOTI user will not bother to open it up.

    I tried this across multiple browsers, wiping out history, cookies, etc... along the way - NO GO!
