EOTI Use-case

Question

Hi,I'm having some trouble with a related field dropdown on an EOTI form. I'd like to give the user the ability to 'Add New' similar to the way internal roles can. Is there a specific setting that I'm missing or is this a case of additional permissions that need to be given?The attached screen shots will tell the story, I'm sure this is something simple that I'm missing.&nbsp;Thanks!

Does the EOTI Role have Add Permissions to that table?
