error on API_FindDBByName

I am new to quickbase. I have a task to fetch user details using quickbase API. I am trying to connect to each app using API_FindDBByName. but for few apps I get following error "Exception of type 'Intuit.QuickBase.Core.Exceptions.UnableToParseXmlException' was thrown." can somebody help me to understand as what could be the possible reason
