Exact Form Columns

Question

I am attempting to create two columns on my exact form. I create the columns in the word document but, once I click "Save to Quickbase", it removes the columns I have created. Is this possible in exact forms?

I don't use the native exact forms, but if it works like Juiced Exact forms, make a table (instead of columns). If needed, remove the borders from the table so that it looks simply like 2 columns.
