If you can post the error you are getting we can take a look. Screenshots on this forum don't really work that well, it's all blurry. You might have to copy and paste or write it out. If the error calls out any specific thing in the exact form you might post that section as well.
I've only ever seen good reviews of the Exact Forms Plus. So if that is an option it might make more sense than trying to get the native one to work. I've really only seen complaints about that lol.
