You need to reach out to @Keith Jusas for this one.

I don't have Keith's contact information. I did however create a juiced cloud support ticket. Hoping either there or here I will have an answer soon.

      Thanks Don

  • Hi Shane,

we've seen this error before and it usually has to do with a rich text or formula rich text fields that are being used with advanced styling tags.  If the rich text has styling information embedded inside of it it may conflict with built-in style of Microsoft Word itself.
Please check your all rich text fields being used for this template and check the styling and remove those tags and try again.

      Hey Keith,

Thank you for getting back to me. Not sure if we are talking on the juiced cloud support as well, but I checked the clist and the applicable fields and there are not any rich text fields that exist in this use-case.
To my knowledge, this was working just fine until I updated the document_templates table with a new document. We got a new logo, so that was what was updated.

OK, I found the issue...needle in the a haystack :)
Your word template has a style defined and named as "User_Defined_Style".  When EF+ executes, it creates a new style called "User_Defined_Style" which is conflicting with your "User_Defined_Style".  To fix this you can either rename your style or delete your style if its not being used, which I don't think it is.  So, make that change to your document template, save it and re-upload it to the document templates table and try again.

Here is a screenshot of how to do that, Step by step.
In a future release of EF+ we will create a more unique style name to prevent this from happening.
