Extract a date from the middle of a logged field

I'm trying to extract a date into a formula date field from a logged field that isn't necessarily on the top or bottom of the log. It could be, but it could also be in the middle. I need the date as...

You will to use the SerachAndReplace function to replace "Living with" with say a "|".  Then look for that | character for your formulas post back if you are stuck.
