I don't see why not. Do you have any plans on what will fetch the data? If not you will need some kind of integration or a program you run yourself that does this. If you want it to go by website then make the website URL or similar the key field so it updates the right website records. There is not much to go on here though.
As far as executing the right action, you could build a Pipeline to do certain things to your records based on criteria you set. Creating, updating, deleting, etc. What kind of structure do you want and what exactly are you trying to do here though?
