I do not believe it will return to the tab that you launched off of. It will land on the first tab.
What's the easiest solution to get back to the same tab? How come adding to the url #tab_t5 won't help?

If you use the native suffix
& "&z=" & Rurl()
on the Add Child record it will return to the correct tab after an Add Child operation.

------------------------------- Thanks for the reply. I am not adding records I am editing the current record via act=API_EditRecord in my url and adding & "&z=" & Rurl() to my url will not take me to the same tab. Any idea of a quick solution for this?

------------------------------- MarkShnier__YouAhh, yes. That is a big problem no one has been able to solve. There "might" be solution on this forum but if there are they are crazy complicated. There are some schemes, for example posted to walk though to the Next Tab when saving.
