I did a quick test and can't see a way to have a Rich Text Modal. I think you would need to have a Show/Hide form rule to display a real Formula Rich Text field.
Hi Mark, thanks for your responsiveness I am trying to make a form rule to display a message. In the new forms it says display message "modal" based on a form rule like a pop up. I want the message to include a clickable link
