Form rules are not working in grid edit mode. How can I enforce the form rules in Grid Edit mode ?

form" rules only  work on the form.  
Grid edit is a report, thus it doesn't work.

You will need to think about the workflow more and come up with a better solution that doesn't rely on form rules.  

Possibly using something like "actions" or webhooks to update as you need.
