Form rules for checkboxes and buttons on new form

I am using the new form and trying to hide/show fields like buttons and checkboxes however they are not showing up as options to select when I make the from rule. I click to show fields and then my field is not even an option???

How do I fix this?

    Can you provide a screenshot of your form rule? I've never had issues with fields showing up unless I mistakenly left the field off the form. The new form will only show fields that are currently on the form.
