Form rules trigger notifications quickbase

Qrew LegendA Form Rule will defiantly trigger a Notification. When the Save happens, Quickbase has no knowledge of "who" changed a field, whether by form rules or by manual entry. So there must be something else gong on with your form rule or the filters / Triggers on the Notification.
