Formatting of a Formula Text Field

I am using simple formatting in a text field using following syntax:  "<div style=\"font-weight: bold; background-color:Green; color:yellow; font-size: 190%; text-align: center; \">" & [Store Name]...

Try adding a {white-space: nowrap} style:

"<div style='font-weight: bold; background-color:Green; color:yellow; font-size: 190%; text-align: center; white-space: nowrap;'>" & 
[Store Name] &
" - " &
[FY] &
" (" & 
[Dev Code.] &
")" &
"</div>"
