Formula field doesn't display 0
Hello,
I have a simple formula field [Volume]/[Count] which gives me the average.
The issue I'm having is if there is no volume and no count for a particular client, the formula field is blank instead of showing zero. I have checked and both the volume and count fields have the button checked to Treat blank values as "0" in calculations but the result still doesn't give me 0.
