Hi, I have a formula-date field to get a date a month before: AdjustMonth(ToDate(ToText([Start Date])), -1) I would like to have a date that is only 2-weeks before [Start Date]. Any thoughts? ...

Thank you both.
I now have a 2 weeks prior date, and a check box I’m hoping to use as a trigger for a reminder or a notification (preferred). Is there a way to use the checkbox as a trigger even if the record is not modified? I hope that makes sense.

However you can explore the use of both Subscriptions and Reminders. Either of these will fire through the simple passage of time.
