Formula help

I have a multi-line text field containing the following:

Hello,
You got a new notification.
Received:    Fri, March 19, '21 at 02:50 PM
From:    8466659955
IVR ID:    5 adult ticket < 3014 >

I want to extract 3 things:
1) the phone number after the From:
2) the number after the IVR ID:
3) The text after the number 2 and before " <"

Sometimes the number 2 can be a 2 digit number as well.

My output in this case would be 
1) 8466659955
2) 5
3) adult ticket
