Formula Query - Return matching values from another table

I am trying to pull data from another table that contains a list of keywords up to a table that has a Description field that may contain one, multiple, or none of the keywords. My end goal is pasted below, essentially I want to query GetFieldValues for specific fields on table 1 for every keyword contained in any given record in table 2.

Is there a way to arrange a GetFieldValues(GetRecords()) formula to achieve the columns highlighted in Yellow?
