Formula redirect that passes a dynamic value to a report?

Sure, just make an <ask the user> report and answer the question it is asking

The syntax would be

var text url = URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_GROUP_IDS]
& "?a=q&qid=7&nv=1&v0=" & $rid;
