Formula URL- Redirect to next record that fits criteria

I feel like this is completely possible without creating a 2nd table, I just can't seem to string it all together. Is there a way to create a custom button on a form using a formula - URL field. That when I click it, it will save the changes to the current record and take me to the next record meeting certain criteria?

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Since records on a single table are not "sentient" (aware of themselves or their relationship to one another), you will either need another table and quite a few feats of Quick Base gymnastics OR you will need some type of custom javascript that can search the table and redirect the user on clicking the button.

      Or redirect to a Report ranked up by qualifying records and the user selects the first record on the report as "Next".
