Further Customize what a record is called

Question

Any way to get further customization of what a record is called?

For reference of what I am talking about. Yes I could change the name of the the table, and what each record in the table is.

But is it possible to make it info from a field, or even [Field A] &amp; [Field B] to concatenate some text together.------------------------------Jordan Beatty------------------------------

Indeed there is, and in fact it's a best practice to do that.

Create your perfect [Record Title] field and then in the Advanced Properties for the Table, set that field as field to be used for the Record Title.
