Gantt Chart - calculation task end Date/Time

Question: If there a ways to calculate Project Management tasks with "duration" less than 1 day?

Background:
I am managing Initiatives delivery in my application and my users asked if we can calculate "Projected End Date" of task with task duration smaller than 1 day.

Let say I have tasks which takes 0.1 day (2.4h ) or 0.2 (4.8h) I would like to calculate it as less than 1 day.

Example: If 3 tasks below 1 day are after each other it should show as Starting and Ending at the same day.

What I currently have:
1) [Starting Date] - Work Date
2) [Projected End Date] - Work Date (where:

3) [Duration] - Numeric
4) [Pred] - Predecessor

I tried to add [Real Duration] = Duration field but it cannot be used for "Time span field"
