Grey out a record based on Multiple Choice Field

I have a multiple choice "Status" field and if one of the selections is chosen (deseaed or withdrew) I would like that whole row/record to be highlighted grey.  I don't see a rich text field opt...

You will find this in the report settings (customize report) at the very bottom. You can select a field and choose pre-selected options/colors, or write your own formula.
