Hello using Quickbase sync and I have a problem refreshing dates. It eil only refresh when I convert to US dates - it won't recognise UK format. How can I solve this?

I am using sync to bring in data.  It works fine, except it won't recognise UK date formats in CSV.  I can work around by converting the CSV to US format, but this is time consuming.  Is there a way ...
