Help with an assessment

I created an assessment for our training classes to take after they have completed a class.  The assessment currently scores itself but I need it to somehow show the question that are incorrect.  Any help would be appreciated.

    You could create a table report that is filtered for incorrect answers.

    If you share more details of your architecture and process flow, then you may get more detailed feedback.

    Hi Vanessa,

    Depending on the formula you are using for calculating right and wrong answers you might also be able to take your existing formula and change it up and put it into a new field so instead of scoring it would give you feedback on each wrong answer in a list. You would just need to look at how your formula is calculating wrong and right answers and how you could change it to instead of giving points to be totaled up call out the number of each question that is wrong.
