Help with Record Title Display

Hi,

Please does anyone know how to fix this? 

I'm trying to change this "Related Product is '2277'" to the actual product name "Jira".

I also tried to change it from Record Title in Advanced Settings, but that didn't work.

Please any suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!

    Can you tell us where you are coming from to get to this place?  Ie, what was your previous click.

      Hi Mark.

      This screenshot was my previous click. When I click on either "Environments" or "Servers", it takes me to that page that has the "Related Product is ..."
