Hide Record Name/# when printing individual record

I have a table called Leads. When I print an individual lead record with record id 7 at the top of the page it says "Lead # 7" above the form and information. Is there a way to hide the "Lead # 7" ...

If you go to the Settings for the table and then Advanced settings you get to choose which field best represents the record.  I suggest that you choose a more appropriate field to represent the record or if you really want it blank make a blank  formula text field and use that field.
