Highlight on dropdown is justified to top of text - awkward

On Text - Multiple Choice fields, the highlight color for the currently selected record is justified to the top of the text, with a large space below it.  It is awkward to read - the highlighted text ...

Hi Beth,

We tried reproducing that in our office using Chrome, IE, and Firefox. What browser are you seeing this issue in? Is it only in your Text - Multiple Choice fields or is it in any field with a dropdown?

    It shows up in Chrome in multiple places. It is hard for users to compare to how it operated before the release because that version is no longer available to us.
