Horizontal Scrollbars Not Visible
The horizontal scrollbars are not visible in any of my report to scroll through the report data to the right. Why is this happening?

I have been having users suddenly report this issue as well and adjusting the browser zoom level does not fix it.
I am experiencing not only the horizontal bar issue but also record refresh or search problems off of reports. Here is a snippet from QB support on the case I opened early today. No resolution as of now. "We have been seeing some issues with reports. In particular we have currently identified and are investigating an issue with the horizonal scroll bar on reports."

What if you change your zoom level to make the text smaller and fit more on the screen. Does that "fix" the issue.
