How are the fields sorted in the fields page of a table?

Question

I have 10 similar fields where the names are increasing the number at the end by 1. When sorting the field list "File 1" is followed by "File 10" rather than "File 2".
How can I name the fields such that appear in proper order?

It's an alpha sort so you can you can either precede the single digits with an extra spce or else called it like
