You would need to speak to the Admins of the Quick Base Account you are accessing as any request like that would need to come from them. They may have specific UI changes in place as part of their own choice for administering their application or their realm. This email address doesn't show a tie or any Admin permissions on any other Account beyond your trial. If it is the Intuit team you are working with I suggest you speak to your contacts at Intuit. Quick Base the Platform doesn't have versions as it is a live platform, but it is possible to use custom coding and UI choices to alter its appearance and access to features.
