How can i delete a form?

If you check forms usage to make sure that the form is not in use for any roles or reports, then you should be able to hover on the right side of the list of forms and see a red X.

Right, open up the twisty for &nbsp;forms usage and choose another form to use for the Roles. &nbsp;
