How can i delete a form?

I created a form by mistake. I do not know how to delete it. Can you please help me?

    If you check forms usage to make sure that the form is not in use for any roles or reports, then you should be able to  hover on the right side of the list of forms and see a red X.

      It says: unable to delete forma As set as a default for a role. What can i do when this happens?

        Right, open up the twisty for  forms usage and choose another form to use for the Roles.
