How can I export data from Quickbase with file attachment(s)?

I am gradually getting there! The initial error has been resolved by my IT dept.
But, after entering my company's URL, my username & password, I got an error...." You must sign in using your company's authentication for this account".

Is it something the company has to subscribe to newly, or do I need someone with more administrative rights to quickbase to use the desktop version?
