We are having similar issue. Because of the quantity of assets we manage, we have multiple page reports. The headers do not appear, no matter the platform, browser, PDF, program we use. We have no headers after the first page. Please help make reports friendlier!!!

- _anomDiebolt_7 years agoQrew EliteThis is more of a comment directed to QB rather than the OP: I would look at using CSS3 Paged Media as implemented through a service such as PrinceXML

No browser has implemented the full CSS3 Paged Media but Prince has and they have extraordinary rendering of HTML to PDF:
