How do I add a monthly calendar to QuickBase?

So we currently have a scheduler for our technicians to either schedule them to jobs or to be off but we also need to correlate additional resources in a monthly calendar format that updates everyone as it changes.  For example, if we have a technician in Dalton Georgia that is doing a job on Tuesday and he also needs a scissor lift scheduled to be on the job Tuesday. A problem is if the job is moved to Wed, we need the two things to communicate to the other.  Thanks for your help.
