How do I only show the last entry in a notes field (log entries)?

I only want to display in the report the last entry: [MAY-09-13 Toni R] Internal meetings held on Monday, May 6th and Thursday, May 9th to review the customer requirements. Sales will provide the r...

If($LatestMissingSquareBracket <>"", "[" & $LatestMissingSquareBracket )



Note that this formula only wiorks if the newest entries are at the top. "Prepending" in old-speak QuickBase terms.
