How do I recover a deleted request?

Your typical first step would be to speak to the Admin of the application you are working in. It is possible that a specific record isn't visible to you due to permissions or changes in the application outside of your control. Then if it does appear to be still missing an Admin can put in a case to check and see if your Account has a restore pack in place as part of their service and if the table that the record is on can be restored to help find the missing record.
