- LauraThackerQrew CaptainYou need to setup a Cross Application relationship between your main application and the other ones. Then you can build relationships between your other application tables and the main one.
To setup the cross application permissions, from the HOME tab; click on settings < App Properties, then scroll to the bottom and add your other applications to the Cross Application section; setting permissions as Admin. - JeanJeanQrew MemberOk.I did that but I still can't see the table. Here's some more information:
Am using the Contact Management Portal (CM Portal) and the Project Management Portal (PM Portal). I have set up the Customers table in my CM Portal with everything I need and I've entered some records into it.
I've completed the cross application instructions you provided above in both Portals.
My PM Portal still shows its original/native Customers table and not the Customers table in the CM Portal. - LauraThackerQrew CaptainYou have to build a relationship between your two Portals and then POPULATE those relationships to join the data together. Then you will need to "delete" the old fields from the second portal where the records are supposed to pull from your primary source portal.
This may require populating existing records, or adding records to link to the customers in your primary source portal table. - JeanJeanQrew MemberThanks! I'll give that a try!
- LauraThackerQrew CaptainIf you get stuck, give me a call; it will only take a few minutes to show you what additional steps you need.
