If your camera is part of your phone or tablet, QuickBase makes it easy to upload the photos directly into QuickBase records. We recommend this approach for pictures that you want linked to information that people are entering into QuickBase.
- What if on the tablet it doesnt do that now?
- I suggest putting in a support ticket saying that it works for you on other devices (assuming it does) but not on a surface pro. Maybe support has some devices they can test on.
- How do i do that
- At the top of all Quick Base screens there is a ? icon. That means Help. Then look for the link to "Manage support cases" and enter a Support Case.
