How to add created time and date to form?

Question

Hey,When I open a form the time entered field shows the current time instead of the time it was created.&nbsp;How do I show the time the form was made on a field. It currently can only be seen at the very bottom of the form like this.I wish for this date and time to be available on the field rather than something on the bottom of the form.Thank You------------------------------Wadood Syed------------------------------
