How to add invoice ?

For new portal we need it add invoice. Someone can to show how to do it ?

Apps in this system are custom for each organization, so we wouldn't know how to add an invoice in your app.
That said, if you visit the app (click that Vendor Authentication) maybe there is something that says Invoices and Add New Invoice. You really want to check with whoever your contact is to be sure.
