How to Convert CSV Files Into VCF format?

When creating a field in Quick Base one of the options is to create a vCard field. This field can then be edited in the field settings to choose which other fields in your table would make up the vCard. So for example on a contacts table I could have the vCard populate with the fields for First Name, Last Name, Address, and Phone Number. Then when clicked the field will create that vCard file.
