How to freeze a field in grid edit

Hello,

I need to freeze the first field in grid edit mode. It is frozen in the table report view, but we do a lot of work in edit mode and have many fields, having that first field frozen (in this case the Last Name field) would help us in the accuracy of our editing.

    Unless something has changed recently, I do not believe this is possible. One of those things where the only answer is...put in a user voice.

      Hi Meagen, 

      Mike would be correct that right now there is not a functionality to freeze a field in our grid edit reports to follow you as you scroll. User Voice would be the right place to pass on your feedback to our product team that this is something you are interested in. The Quick Base User voice can most easily be accessed from the My Apps page in Quick Base by clicking on the orange Feedback tab that appears on the right of the page or at http://quickbase.uservoice.com by signing in with your Quick Base credentials. If you have any trouble signing in directly with the URL going through the Feedback tab on the My Apps page most often resolves them.
