How to migrate JIRA Into Quickbase

Hi All,

We are looking to migrate from QuickBase to JIRA. Could you please suggest the best possible way to do this?

We will need to migrate all the Projects along with tickets and attachments to jira. Any suggestion/help will be much appreciated.
