How to remove hyperlink for a field in timeline report

So to better understand your issue this field that is in your timeline report is a URL and you want to remove it? If so you should be able to edit the report and remove it from the columns being displayed on the report or are you looking for something else? Do you have a screenshot perhaps to better illustrate what you are looking to remove?
