How to remove text label which was added after adding button

I built relationship between tables and added "Add vote" button on the form. But this Add vote text also has been added default with this button. I'm not sure how do I remove it.

Please advise.

    In the form properties you can overwrite the label. Overwrite but with nothing in the text box.
